The processing of personal data, is always in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (“DSGVO”) and the applicable country-specific data protection regulations. 

As part of the duty to inform, we would like to inform you here about what data is processed when you visit our website and when you use our service. 

GENERAL INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION

Revocation of consent to data processing:

Data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. Consent given can be revoked at any time. To do so, please send us an informal message by e-mail to olivia@yakoubi.ch.

Information, blocking, deletion:

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data and the purpose of data processing at any time, as well as to request blocking or deletion of this data. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact the address given in the imprint. 

DATA COLLECTION ON OUR WEBSITE

The type of data processing differs depending on whether our website is visited for the purpose of retrieving information or whether services offered by us are used. If you do not make use of any services on our website or transmit information to us in any other form, then we only collect the data that your Internet browser automatically transmits to our server. 

The following data is collected: 

Browser, amount of data transferred, IP address of the computer, date and time of the request, content of the request, the website from which the request comes, the operating system. 

This data is not linked to any personal data and is deleted as soon as the respective session has ended.  

The legal basis for this can be found under Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. F DSGVO.  

Personal data:

All information that relates to a natural person is personal data. This can be, for example, a name, an address, a telephone number or an e-mail address. 

We process personal data if you give us your consent for data processing for a specific purpose (Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 letter a DSGVO); or necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1. letter b DSGVO); or data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 letter c DSGVO). 

Candidate data:

We process your required, personal data so that we can support you in the best possible way in your job search to find the ideal employer for you. 

We process the following data for this purpose: 

Your full name, your telephone number, your address, your date of birth, as well as your CV and other documents such as job references and training diplomas. In addition, in individual cases we also process data about you from third parties, for example on social media that have a direct connection to you as a person (for example, Xing, Linkedin, etc.), as well as information from reference contacts. Please note that we do not obtain reference information about you without your express consent. 

You can insert and upload your data and documents on our website via the input mask, send them to us by mail or e-mail, as well as communicate them by telephone or in a personal meeting. 

For placement purposes, we will pass on your required documents and data to potential employers so that your suitability can be matched with the requirements profile of the vacancy of the potential employer. Before we pass on your data and documents to third parties, we will obtain your express consent to do so. The further processing of your data by potential employers is carried out in accordance with their data protection regulations. We guarantee that we will use your data exclusively for recruitment purposes and will treat them with absolute confidentiality in all cases. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of our services and we will delete them in accordance with our legal obligations.

Data from companies: 

If you instruct us to find the right candidate for you, we process information about the vacancy in question (job profile, general conditions, etc.), personal data such as the contact details of individual contacts at the company (name, e-mail address, telephone number and function) and information about the company (structure, departments, products, etc.). 

As part of our placement activities, we may pass on documents required for the placement to candidates or use your personal data to enable us to inform you about candidates by telephone or in writing. 

Data Security:

We have taken reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. In accordance with technological developments, these security measures are continuously improved.  

Contacting us / Contact form

You have the option to contact us (e.g., via contact form, email, phone or social media). If you contact us, your information will be processed to handle the contact request and its processing. Your information may be stored in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. 

The personal data that is transmitted in this process results from the respective input mask that is used to contact you. 

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1. letter b DSGVO, which allows us to process data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

ANALYSIS TOOLS AND ADVERTISING

Google Analytics

We use functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics on our website. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 letter a DSGVO.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive it.

We send newsletters only with the consent of the recipients. The registration for our newsletter is carried out in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail in which you are asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with other e-mail addresses. The registrations for the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process according to the legal requirements. To register for the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide an e-mail address. You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time. You will find the link to cancel the newsletter on every newsletter. 

MailChimp

For sending our newsletter, we use the services of MailChimp for sending newsletters. The provider is Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

MailChimp is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organized and analyzed. If you enter data for the purpose of receiving newsletters, this data will be stored on MailChimp’s servers in the USA.

MailChimp has a certification according to the “EU-US Privacy Shield”. The “Privacy Shield” is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.

YOUR RIGHTS

Pursuant to Art.15 of the GDPR, you may request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing personal data about you. Thus, you have the right to know what we use your data for, the recipients of your personal data and the planned storage period. In addition, you can request the rectification of your personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete (Art.16 GDPR). 

According to Art. 17 DSGVO, you can demand that we delete your personal data immediately. Furthermore, you can demand that we restrict the use of your data (Art. 18 DSGVO). To all recipients of your personal data, we communicate a correction or deletion of your personal data, unless this would be impossible or only with a disproportionate effort. 

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations, you have the ^right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO.
