We primarily identify suitable candidates from our pool of talent and via active sourcing, and sometimes also via traditional advertising methods. As a recruitment specialist, we take care of everything. We get to know each talent personally in advance and ensure smooth processes and high success rates in matching clients and talent.
This will very much depend on the brief you give us. If you are looking for an efficient search for talent with successful placement of the best candidate, we recommend you commission us exclusively to conduct your search for you (retained search model). This will allow us to focus firmly on your specific needs and guarantee you the best-fit candidate for the job.

Of course, we hope that you will not wish to do so. And we will do our very best to meet your expectations. You can, however, opt to end your search for talent at any time. For the event that, for any reason, your newly recruited team member does not meet expectations, we offer a guarantee.
We offer two search models: retained searches are predominately charged for at a flat fee, while the fee for contingency searches ais calculated as a certain percentage of the relevant annual salary. Both models include guarantees.
